Hi! I just started a new retail job where our dress code is black business casual, and I’m on my feet for all 8+ hours. For shoes, they need to be all (or primarily) black and can’t be “too athletic/tennis shoe looking.” I’ve been wearing my Doc Martens the past few days and they’re… okay, but I want something a bit more comfy/supportive. I’ve been Googling a bit, but they all look very, for lack of a better term, matronly. Any suggestions? Or maybe any insole suggestions? Thank you!
