Random on my friend list invited me into a party last night, about 1100 ranks below me, figured I’d help him out. 1st red flag was the match ping shot to 160+. Never seen that before, but I haven’t been dropped in 2 years. 2nd flag was he squad filled. Not my bag, but ok.

Drop in and he pings the Zak story mission. I look and he’s off in T2. With a blue 1 plate. Gets downed, picked up, downed. I get him up and he recruits 3ppl. Pretty sure we’re in for the 6 man trophy, but it’s absolute silence.

Then leaves squad…TF are we doing here? 😂 Then the others leave. Not a word over text or mic, and no grid so I can relocate. I ended up squadding up with new randoms and got the hard boot a few minutes later. A call out wouldn’t have helped the server drop, but it would have softened the blow. Like we died as a team. I’m only 20 away from 1250 so maybe my standards are too high.

Just in a match, 10ish mins in, a guy blasts a revive request. And again. And again. Again. 10x in like 3 mins. I was omw and they drop out. People. Those coming to help will come with or without notice, but we won’t abandon our game cuz you’re impatient.

Chill tf out. You’re already dead so you either wait for a rez, or tap out. Pop a reminder every few mins. Maybe a “thank you” if your mamma raised you right. Tons of noobs, so they can’t respond. Vets in the lobby will revive you almost every time.

Or something…Dropping alone to avoid pairing with and abandoning low level players; ended up with 3 randos in T3. 2 of them were unlocking the S5 portal so I rolled to the plaza. Already have the 3 plans from team runs, but never unlocked it so that damn tornado was still there.

Unlocked it, downed the MA, hopped in with regular plates, scorcher, etc... Everyone was downed in Outlast and I thought it was over. We get up and I was about to abandon ship. We got the next 2 done, and homey doesn’t have a scorcher with like 3 mins left. Dropped a case, pap2, and waited for him to exfil. I was downed, rez’d myself, floated around, scorched to the roof, but forgot my plates. Mobbed. FML. Down, alone, no selfie. I hear “He said thank you for the scorcher.” Hold O. Die in peace. That damn portal better stay unlocked when I get back.

I love this game.
