Im in the unique situation of being a mid level SWE on paper but having terrible technical skills in reality. I have been improving my skills by having codex analyze open source projects and teach them to me and then assign tasks or user stories to simulate a real development process as best as possible. I may create different personas next so I can practice collaboration and git conflicts etc. I find codex to be a great teacher and am wondering if anyone else has any tips or can share how they use it to learn programming
