29m, 400lbs, 6'0 (I know, I'm trying to work on it)

I've had the occasional palpitation but recently they have been nearly constant. When I'm dozing off my heart will just feel like it's shivering and then I have this weird lump feeling in my throat. I went to the emergency room and they said it's fine, I had a haltar monitor for 3 days and they said it's nothing but it's freaking me out. Any way I can deal with this?
