I was diagnosed with something about a year or two back, but then doctors changed it to an AVM in my brain. The healthcare system where I live is awful. I got told by a nurse I needed immediate brain surgery when I first went to the ER for a hemiplegic migraine. Spoiler alert, I did not. Anyways, I also got blood tests done and was diagnosed with severe anemia, which explained why I was passing out often. But then I got severe migraines. I was diagnosed with the AVM after some powerful MRI scan. I’ve been taking my iron and stuff, but when I stand for a while and get the symptoms I’m about to pass out and sit down to make sure I don’t, I’ll get a migraine about thirty minutes after. They are always severe and follow the same pattern. But, I’m not sure what is causing them, as I’m taking my iron, and etc. What could be the reason and what should I do?

Also! The migraine before my current one, I experienced brain fog for one of the first times. I was confused on what I was doing, and forgot things I’ve spent months memorizing for school.
