Started looking to buy a home and just doing a pulse check of others here and what rates they got and please name your bank. Looking mainly on the south east side of Denver/Aurora. Couple here with 200k income combined, $150k down payment and looking for 500k to $550k price range, 800+ credit too with no other debt other than current mortgage. Looked around and found 5.99 with no points, is this really too good to be true ?!

I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport (4-cylinder) that I purchased as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in 2018. It has been very reliable until yesterday, when the oil pressure warning light started coming on while the vehicle is idling. As soon as I accelerate, the light goes away.
I had the oil changed, but the issue remains. The engine is running smoothly with no unusual noises, knocking, shaking, or loss of performance. The vehicle currently has only 75,000 miles, as I work remotely and mainly use it for errands and taking my kids to school.
Since purchasing the vehicle, I have consistently had the oil changes performed at Hyundai dealerships.
My concern is that this could turn into a very expensive repair, especially since the vehicle is outside the original warranty period. However, I’ve heard that Hyundai has provided extended warranty coverage or special programs for certain engines that have been known to experience failures.
What would you recommend as my next step? Should I contact Hyundai corporate first to see if there is any applicable extended coverage, or should I schedule a diagnostic appointment with a Hyundai dealership right away?
Any advice would be appreciated.
My wife has several autoimmune diseases, including lupus, and she works remotely because her employer allows it. She’s barely managing day to day, so I also have to care for her while raising our two young kids.
I heard Colorado may have a state Medicaid program that allows a spouse to get paid as a caregiver. Here are a few details:
She makes about $35k/year
I make about $125k/year
Our house is in my name as her husband
From what I understand, there may be a Colorado exemption where only her income is considered, not mine, but the process is honestly very confusing.
How do I start this process, and what programs should I be looking into in Colorado?
Thanks everyone.
