Horizontal artifacts flashing
I am currently trying to figure out if this is a hardware or Linux issue. I have swapped cables and ports and this only happens on one of my monitors (1440p 144hz). MSI 3070 graphics card, display port cable. When I restart the computer it goes away for a few hours.
