I live in the Banshakari area and here the Garbage collector asks for money otherwise he doesn't collect our garbage. We started to pay 100 rs per month but he said it's very less...you have to pay 250 rs per month and he behaved very rudely and gave a warning that he would not collect garbage. I thought we lived here on rent that's why he behaved like this but later we observed he collect garbage from a specific home only ..maybe only those people must have paid him......I want to ask ...is it legal and normal in Bangalore? If not what action can we take? Or should we just pay him 250 rs like other people... I have not experienced this in other cities of Karnataka...also a few areas of Bangalore we used to live in before...
