Cert IV or Dip in Community Services?
So im looking to enroll in either Cert IV or Diploma in Community Services. I currently work in employment services and have previous experience in childcare. I completed a cert III in Business and around 5 units of a Cert III in Early Childhood.
I absolutely love my current job and am certain this is a career I want to stick with, its not the first time ive looked into CS but I didnt have experience in the industry then.
So im wondering if I would still benefit from the Cert IV given the entry level nature of the course when i am already doing case management, barrier identification etc.
Whether or not its relevant i dont know but im 34 years old and have had an interest in this kind of work for as long as I can remember. I picked up my current role relatively easily too.
Any insight on which sounds more suitable and even how much more difficult the diploma is would be appreciated!
