1997 Julien Meyer Pinot Gris VT

Cracked this open this past weekend. Muted, not hugely concentrated but still young with little oxidization. Notes of quince, orange peel, and to some degree, hints of granite terroir. Opened it fax a dinner host so didn’t take detailed notes.
