Check FHR rates without an Amex Plat
Hi, not sure if this is allowed so please feel free to delete if not appropriate. We are looking at a 4 night stay at a property in Cabo in November. Looking at Amex Travel (not FHR just their regular portal) the rates for the dates we are looking at come in about 15 percent cheaper then the best available rate from TA/Direct booking and way cheaper then the Chase Sapphire Reserve portal. We cancelled our Amex Platinum years ago and always prefer to book with TA but if we could save 2k on a stay and use some of the FHR credits to offset the Annual fee then maybe it’s worth it. I just don’t really want to submit an application and take a hard credit pull just to be disappointed. I guess I could always cancel in 30 days and get the fee refunded. Is there anyway to view the FHR rates and deals without currently having an account?
