Hey everyone. I have been looking to upgrade my cookware and am having some analysis paralysis. I've found myself gravitating towards Hastan Probond collection, however I am struggling to find any differences between the Luxe and Forged collection. The only difference I really see is that Luxe is a mirror finish and Forged is a brushed finish. So is the only difference ascetic and nothing functional?
Im also open to hearing anyone's experiences with Hestan, and if you have any input at all about it you want to contribute. Im very comfortable with SS cooking, and while price isn't a barrier I am trying to get good value while checking as many boxes as I can (durability, heat conduction, etc).
