British Tool identification help
Can anybody help me identify this tool - from what I can find it could be a lead pourer and roller but I can't find anything the same. On the handle it has "British Made" and on the other side is "212". The barrel spins freely and there is an opening inside that bowl which looks like material could flow out when tipped forward onto the roller.
