What do you guys think are the root causes for HDB mama shops losing its competitiveness over the years? And do you guys actually still visit these stores nowadays?
When was the last time you actually choose to go to a HDB minimart in your neighbourhood over shopping malls or supermarkets?
I remembered growing up, mama shops downstairs my house was the place for me. Frequently bought ice cream or snacks. But now, I don’t visit them anymore unless I have Shopee parcel to collect lol.
Im genuinely curious about what you guys think about the reasons why people are not visiting these stores anymore, and what can these mama shops owners do to make people want to visit them again.
