Mekuna's build but it's the Storm Blizzard variant. 2H Staff (Optional). Speed running T12 Pits and Hordes. We finally have WoL Monk back!

Basically just remove points from BL, remove the orbit part and put them into Blizzard.

Or let them orbit, your choice.
