15000 Asia miles given for screen not working on business class flight: is that reasonable ?
Recently on a business class trip from HKG-Milan
the screen was broken the entire flight hence no in flight entertainment was possible .
they offered me 15000 Asia likes (equivalent of ..$150-200USD cash according to google)
Is this worth it? I think a cash refund of a certain amount is better but if anyone has past experience with this I would greatly appreciate advice . Thank you!
