Guys i attended my first MUN and people say the most weird shit. I was in politburo of soviet union. one person in my committee during an open floor says "if you cut my veins you won't find blood but communism."

More fun lines were from a different committee in which russia after taking over ukraine's land says "hippity hoppity now it's my property"

in another committee USA was controlling Israel so russia says "jonny jonny yes papa" to Israel.

So i recently went a pretty famous MUN in my city. Pretty big and well known event. Committee was CPSU. Very soviet and delegates were pretty crazy too (in a good way). someone bought real sickle and a hammer, someone got a toy gun and someone bought a katana. rasputin was revived and stuff but what i found the whole committee revolved under few people and all updates were only dedicated to them. I know there is always recognition problem but in this the EB themselves were taking the main light. I don't know how to explain but it was like they took way too much part like delegate then EB. On top of that there were so many updates that you won't be able to do your GSL. i think till now only 5 GSL took place. With that also by the time your time came your speech will become irrelevant. There were stuff like black magic and stuff but there wasn't much there to speak. In the end like all committee it also failed.
