I demand an immediate formal investigation into Farfetch Korea’s conduct and a direct explanation from the Global Head of Customer Experience. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will take the following actions:
• Formal Filing with the UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC): I will report this as a cross-border trade violation.
• Action via Trading Standards: I will initiate a formal complaint against Farfetch UK for failing to oversee its regional subsidiaries.
• Global Public Disclosure: I will expose this systemic failure and the "Fake VIP Treatment" of Farfetch to global luxury fashion communities and social media platforms.
