I'm a 37 year old athlete. Used to play rugby and I am still pretty athletic. Started sprinting again a few months ago. I want to compete in my countries national levels in February.

Looking for a high performance sprinting coach that can give me 2 a days training for 3-4 weeks in January. I am willing to travel and have resources.

Hi guys. So tommorow is another low-key big day for ICP. It seems that the greater narrative is slowly shifting on the instituitional level. I think agreements will first be made on executive/institutional levels and after >3 months it will become public.

So what do you think is the best case scenario stemming from this conference. Multiple countries adoptioning ICP?
