Social security being their only retirement plan.

We live in a very low cost of living area and somehow spend at least $1500 a month on food. I meal plan and we eat 90% of our meals at home. I just don't know how to do it.

Would love any resources or done for you meal plans! This is the monster eating up our budget every single month.
