Can you file a grievance on a signed written warning?

I am being told by my union rep I can’t file a grievance against a written warning (yes the kind you sign).

Edit:

Deleted backstory because I think it’s distracting people from answering the real question. Is a write up a grievable offense? My CBA only says disciplinary action and termination are grievable. It does not detail what kinds of disciplinary action is required for a grievance. My union rep says it’s not and refuses to file a grievance. I heard from others that everything disciplinary can be applied to a grievance unless the contract says otherwise. A grievance to my understanding doesn’t mean arbitration which I know a union can decline because it costs money. But typically there’s at least one step between a grievance and arbitration, and the union rep is refusing that first step.

Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?

Something came up with my job where they are refusing to let me off, and because of that, I now need to change my flights and won’t be able to attend the July 30th Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere.

A friend purchased our tickets in a group, and they’re refusing to ask for a refund because they claim Ticketmaster bans accounts when you do that. But I don’t see how it’s fair that I’m expected to just take the loss on something I paid for.

So another thought I had is to see if I could arrange to exchange the ticket for a different night. I won’t be able to go with my original group as planned, but I like the BSB and the sphere seems like such a fun venue that I’m sure I’d enjoy myself even solo.

Is this possible?
