Looking for a specific MxM Omegaverse story that I read before, Help!
So I forgot the title of this omegaverse wattpad story I read a while ago that I remember was really good. Not entirely sure if I got the name correct but from what I remember, the main character was an omega named Kit who worked as a bouncer at a bar. He had run away from his hometown and his fated alpha because he's an omega classified with the most dangerous level of heat.
I remember enough to kind of give a scene by scene account of like the first two or three chapters:
Kit is a bouncer who works at this bar but its his day off and he decides to hangout with his new omega friends there, since he has employee pass. They get there and they have a good time and during the conversation, Kit does feel a little jealous of his omega friends who actually look like omegas and are slender and pretty despite being also male. They are in contrast to him who is bulky and tall and wouldn't be called "pretty". Most people look at him and think hes an Alpha.
At some point, the hangout ends and his omega friends alpha mates come to pick them up. They're a little worried about him since he's also been drinking but he politely declines their offer to drive him home and insists he'll be fine. As he watches his omega friends interact with their alphas, he feels jealous and misses his own alpha even though he knows that its his own fault for running away and that hes doing it to protect Daniel.
Kit starts walking home but soon encounters a group of alphas who smell an omega walking by. When they see him, they get confused at first and believe him to be an alpha but soon they smell his pheromones and push their own onto him to intentionally get him into heat. Because Kit is drunk and his heat is relatively near, he is susceptible to this and winds up falling to the floor. Luckily Daniel manages to find him at that moment and help Kit get away.
If I recall correctly, this is the first time Kit has seen Daniel in like somewhere between one to three years. Either way, Kit feels so safe and happy to be in Daniels arms despite also panicking that Daniel managed to find him. After helping Kit back into the apartment, Daniel watches as Kit rummages through the cupboard and inject himself with something. When Daniel asks what it is, Kit tells him its something he bought off the black market.
Finally the two of them settle and begin to address the situation at hand. Daniel mentions that the night before Kit ran away, he had a ring ready and was planning to propose to Kit. He tells Kit that life doesn't mean anything without Kit and decides to give Kit the time he needs to think about them trying again.
Honestly, it's kind of crazy remembering this level of detail but being unable to remember the actual title or more specific details. Someone please tell me what this story is because the fact that I can't find it is driving me crazy T^T
