Uploading STR’s for BDD Claim

I am working on filing a BDD claim. The online portal is asking me to upload my STR’s. My question is what is the best way to do that?

Do I just upload the half dozen PDF’s I received of my medical records? Do I need to sort it by condition? The records I received don’t seem to be in any particular order either.

Can I add additional records and evidence after I submit my initial form through the portal?

Also, I want to claim a few conditions that are not in my STR’s because I just never got around to getting them documented. It was difficult enough getting medical help for more pressing health concerns so things that seemed stabile didn’t get attention. But I’m still in the military when I file this claim so will that help?

I just started this course and I’m trying to figure out what depth of the material I need to understand and memorize so I can figure out a good pace for the course. Obviously I am trying to balance speed with the appropriate amount of understanding.

I am currently in section 1.

The learning resource is pretty deep with cellular biology but there are not many practice questions and they are not very complex. Should I infer that I don’t need to know everything about cells? Is the rest of the course much deeper than what I need to know for the PA?

I am currently in the throes of D425, Intro to Chemistry. The material is very dense. The explanation of mole conversions was super confusing so I made this visual.

You can see when going from moles to other units, you have to multiply. When going from other units to moles, you have to divide. You cannot go directly from one unit to another without going through moles, so many problems are multi-step.

Hope this helps someone going through this.
