I analyzed 10 WooCommerce sites this week.

Here’s what I found:

- 80% had images over 2MB
- most loaded unnecessary JS on homepage
- average mobile load time was ~4–6 seconds

Biggest takeaway:
Fixing images alone would cut load time by ~30–50% in most cases.
