Random sore/hard nipples for 2 days
So for the past 2 days my nipples + boobs have been weirdly sore and sensitive and idk what’s going on
Like they feel super hard all the time, heavier than usual, and even touching them accidentally hurts. If anything presses against them it’s like a sharp pain for a second. Even just walking around I can FEEL them and it’s annoying af.
The weird part is I don’t think I’m close to my period at all. My periods are kinda irregular anyway so idek anymore. I’m also not pregnant before anyone asks
I also live somewhere REALLY hot and sweaty weather-wise, so could heat/humidity make it worse?? Like irritation or something??
And Has this happened to anyone else randomly?? Is it normal for nipples to suddenly get super sore for days out of nowhere? And what do y’all do to make it hurt less because rn even touching them sucks!!
