Paid for (EPIC) account creation 28/4. And it’s still on submitted for identification review.
I’ve seen that there were lengthy delays a few months ago and just wondered if delays were still ongoing?
Not sure how much calling them helps as they’re probably working of limited information themselves?
Just a bit of rant really.
