Hey guys I just need some advice on this should I take CSE in tier 3(Chandigarh University) I know that I'll have to self learn most of the stuff myself and other things for a good package.

But the main thing is that I have to take a student loan and my father's income is also less than 4.5lakh per annum which does make me eligible for government loan with 75% government or something i haven't looked into it much and just want to know should I do this?

Got only 30% scholarship in both attempt is there any way I can increase this in phase 2?

Got 66 marks for B.E. C.S.E. in my first attempt and wants to re-attempt it just want to know is 50% or 100% scholarship. Also should I pick Computer or Chemistry for ykwim? Because currently its not affordable for me. Also is it mangeable to continue for all 4yrs.

also they are saying that I need to pay 10k or else I won't get scholarship is it true or just a fear tactic?
