Obviously fibromyalgia pain can be experienced in an array of ways, but what words/phrases do you use to describe your pain? I have a really hard time explaining to my phsyical therapist the pain in my legs/back that i can only describe as a “deep ache,” and I’m wondering how others describe it to be understood.
