Bought a clean title Prius from Manheim, spent $10k fixing it, now they say it’s salvage. What would you do?

Need some advice from people who’ve dealt with Manheim arbitration or title issues before.
I bought a 2021 Toyota Prius from Manheim Southern California. When I bought it, it was a clean title. I have the original title they gave me and there was no salvage branding on it.
After buying it, I put almost $10,000 into the car between parts, labor, paint/body work, repairs, etc. Finished the car and took it to Manheim Anaheim to sell it, and that’s when they told me they can’t run it because the KSR now shows the car as salvage.
They told me to file arbitration, so I did.
Now arbitration came back with 2 options:
Return the car:

They reimburse me around $6k

But charge me around $1,200 depreciation

So I still lose thousands even though I repaired the car based on it being clean title

Keep the car:

No reimbursement at all

I’m stuck with a salvage title Prius that I paid clean-title money for

What’s bothering me is I made all these repair decisions based on the car supposedly being clean title when sold to me.

What would you guys do here?
Would you accept the partial reimbursement or push further?
And has anyone here actually fought Manheim/Cox over something similar?
