A few days ago I noticed a pink (possibly fluid filled? Second pic against glass) lump on my dojo Mandy's face. I also noticed a small bump on her tail (last img), though Idk if it's related (I think I vaguely remember her having it before). She's acting normal and eating well. I don't see anything on the other fish or my other dojo. The only recent change was a water change ~2 days before this started. I'm hoping it's just from running into something and looks worse than it is. She also likes to wedge herself behind the heater so I'm hoping she didn't fall asleep there and burn herself or something. I put some stress coat in just in case.
I have plenty of medication on hand (gen cure, meth blue, prazipro, fin and body cure, fungus clear, MetroPlex, KanaPlex, etc.) but I want to know what it is before I add any medication beyond stress coat. I know most meds I have need water changes afterwards and I don't want unnecessary stress added.
Does anyone have an idea what this might be? Should I just wait it out with some occasional stress coat? I had a loach die last year from intestinal parasites that were highly resistant to treatment (RIP Billy) and don't want to lose another so soon.
