Interview tip!

I have an interview with a hospital in a few hours and because this will be so much different than interviewing for a snf I am nervous so I am practicing. When and if they were to ask what are 3 weaknesses, what would I say? I want to make sure for every weakness there’s a solution… if that makes sense. If there’s some answers that are out of the ordinary that would be nice because I’m afraid if I’m too niche they wouldn’t approve of the answer. Any advice is welcome! Thank you

Hello!

I am currently freaking out as I finally was able to get an interview at a hospital! Any tips would be super helpful as I’ve only ever interviewed for long term care nursing and rehab facilities. Thank you in advance.
