Hi there, I work at Children and Adolescence mental health services.

I was wondering if anyone can suggest a trade union to join?

We have a lot of issues at our organisation, from nepotism, to all of our seniors not having mental health background and working completely unethically, to bullying.

I am on a training programme as low intensity cbt practitioner and contract ends in December. But I wonder will I even be able to survive because the levels of stress induced by that environment is just not worth it…
