Ive made a previous post about a recent order I received from Umbrella Labs.
Needless to say what I received is not suitable for any type of use.
All the compound is clumpy and separated within the solution and ive taken several different approaches and attempts to get it to redisolve from multiple suggestions with no success.
When reaching out to Umbrella Labs support, there has been absolute radio silence....
99% sure the phone number is fake and will never be answered and will never receive a call back from any of my voicemails.
No replys at all to any of the emails I sent.
Even sent a message to their "official" reddit page.
Im sure some people have gotten decent orders before, but if there are ANY issues whatsoever with your order or product. I highly doubt you'll get any help from the company and I will not be ordering again and advise others to avoid as well.
