Working with a team that needs a hands-on Viewpoint Vista consultant to help stabilize and support a high-visibility environment during a transition period. This is a part-time contract role (roughly 25–40 hrs/week, flexible) with potential to run long-term/multi-year for the right person.

Looking for someone who can operate independently and jump between both functional and technical work inside Vista.

Main areas:

• Vista support (front-end + back-end)
• SQL querying/troubleshooting
• Payroll support
• Union-related workflows/compliance
• Reporting/data validation
• General ERP troubleshooting and stabilization

Huge plus if someone has:

• ERP transition/replacement experience
• Construction industry background
• Prior consulting experience

This is not a “manage vendors and sit in meetings all day” role. Need someone hands-on who can actually solve problems and keep operations moving.
