I am trying to fill an application for my 5-yr old kid for residence permit on LEA-Berlin online application page for the past few days. After answering how I (primary blue card holder) am related to the applicant, it says that the applicant is neither a minor nor a single, and therefore application will be under §36 instead of §32. I went to LEA office to clarify this issue but even they don't know what is happening but they want the application to be submitted. What should i do? submit the application with a note that system is incorrectly tagging it as §36 application rather than §32?
