I’m filling out the MSN form for my doctor, hoping to be reimbursed for visits to an occupational therapist at a seating clinic. I required several visits over several months to be fitted for a new wheelchair and seating system and make adjustments. But on the form it specifically says “medical treatment provided by a medical professional designated under the Regulated Health Professionals Act.”

Has anyone been approved for visits like these? I know my doctor will sign off on it, but I don’t want to go to the trouble if it’s likely to be rejected.
