This may be a stupid question but is my job gonna come after me now? would they wanna get rid of me bc I got a settlement?

I was hit driving for my job, I hired a lawyer to sue the guys insurance company bc he was so negligent. My lawyer then explained we have to sue workers comp and his insurance, WC would give me a settlement and then everything they spent on me during the year of treatment and my WC settlement would be paid back to WC thru the auto insurance settlement. So basically WC would be made whole, like they never spent a dime on me. I’ve never been thru WC before so I’m just nervous that my job would have a problem with me suing WC. But they’re getting their money back. Do I need to worry? I have a union.
