We’ve had a lot of questions on our latest Hillsborough County project, so here’s a simpler breakdown.

This is not a cosmetic flip and not just a “rehab.” We purchased an older distressed property with the plan to remove the unusable structure and rebuild on the existing foundation where permitted.

That means creating a brand-new home with modern systems, layout, insulation, efficiency, and long-term value, instead of trying to patch together a 1800s structure.

Why this approach makes sense:

✅ Lower acquisition cost than buying a finished home
✅ Existing site/foundation can reduce time and cost vs starting raw land
✅ New construction quality instead of old-house surprises
✅ Adds much-needed housing inventory in Southern NH
