Hi, I left IBM India in December 2024 to take a career break. Now that I am applying for new jobs, Recruiter has requested for my previous salary hike letter. I actually missed to save a copy before leaving. I only have my payslips, but the new company is insisting on the hike letter. Since IBM does not have a dedicated HR representative for this, does anyone know who the correct point of contact is for ex-employees to request past compensation documents?
