What's your go to activity for those low energy days?

Lately, I’ve been experimenting with a vibration plate on days where I don’t really have the energy to do much else. I’m not using it for anything intense, mostly just standing on it for a few minutes at a time, and it feels like it helps a bit with getting some movement in without completely draining me.

Been doing it for a few weeks now and the main thing I’ve noticed isn’t anything huge, just that I feel a little less stiff on those days and slightly more willing to move around after instead of just staying stuck in one spot.

Also feel like it makes it a bit easier to at least start doing something, even if it’s small, which was usually the hardest part before.

Hard to tell how much of that is actually doing something vs just placebo, but it’s one of the few things I haven’t immediately dropped after a couple tries.
