Advice on Shaky Lines?

I've been tattooing for about 5 years now, on and off as I've worked part-time for most of it, and I feel like my linework is decent but could still improve. I tend to have some shakiness in my lines, and i try to do different voltage, different needle length, holding my machine tighter/looser, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I try to practice on fake skin when I don't have a client, but I just wanna have my linework looking nice and crispy, any advice?
