I’m currently living in the US and I was born in the US, both my parents were born in Panama. They are both deceased. Is still possible to get my cedula and if so where do I start? I have their death certificate and marriage license (NY) and my fathers cedula and my moms passport will this be enough documentation to prove they were citizens granting me the poppy to become one.
