For the Dostoevsky peeps ft. my reading buddy
a few weeks ago i finished Crime and Punishment (my first introduction to Dostoevsky) and absolutely loved it! i have now just finished The Double and The Gambler (also love), but apparently i haven’t followed the “recommend order” of novels. I am aware this is subjective, but now i’m curious if anyone has any advice on what to read next? I’d like to hit, at least, all his major works… so what order would you recommend i take from here? from what I’ve gathered, I’ve been persuaded to believe The Brothers Karamazov is his best, which has inclined me to want to read it last (best for last sort of deal) - but i’ll leave it to the people!
