Isn't the Melbourne Airport Rail before SRL argument a little bit baffling?
There has been a lot of discussion around how Melbourne Airport Rail should be constructed before SRL, but isn't it already?
The target open date for Melbourne Airport Rail (at the moment) is 2033, and SRL is 2035, so doesn't that make the argument of Airport Rail before SRL pointless?
