Looking for accountability partner
Hi everyone,
I’m a Java full stack developer with 5 years of experience Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, SQL, etc.). I’m actively preparing for new job opportunities and need a consistent accountability partner because I find it hard to stay motivated alone.
What I’m looking for:
• 1–2 sessions per week (45–60 mins)
• LeetCode (medium + hard)
• System Design
• Mock interviews (technical + behavioral)
• Resume review / discussion (optional)
My availability: 12-2PM EST or weekends (flexible but consistent).
If you’re a serious Java/Spring Boot developer also prepping for interviews (ideally 4–8 YOE), let’s team up! We can use LeetCode collab, Google Meet, or Discord.
