This game finds new ways of frustrating me daily and I'm not surprised why people quit this game. Towards the end fire, we're doing great, 6 teams left, and I get random ping spikes throughout the game, then all of a sudden I get disconnected for inactivity WHAT THE FK? I'm actively in the game! I'm on fiber optic ethernet no issues in any other game.
This game has a ranked mode and requires team play at some point. I wonder why there is no in-game "looking for group" function like back then there was in Warzone or something. At least, you can team up with people who's on your level, if they have a microphone and good communications, you can put what you'd expect etc...
But of course, considering the bugs in Redsec and how long it takes them to fix those, if such a feature was to exist, I believe it'd be ready by the end of 2028 or something.
I was having a meltdown today after trying to ping an enemy location for like ten times... I guess it was behind a glass, and sometimes it just does nothing but during a gunfight it felt so frustrating.
Also it's the most broken when you're zooming in with a scope. A jeep close? It pings the jeep. Redeploy tower close? It pings the redeploy. Friendly right in front of you? It pings your teammate's location. Glass there? It pings the glass or simply doesn't ping it at all...
And lastly, they still haven't fixed pinging while in helicopter before the game starts.
I know it may be fine for some people or not as critical as some other issues, but in the middle of a gun fight, it just feels frustrating. And it has been going on for a long time.
By the time they fix things and make this game a good one without bugs, people will have already left, I think.
I knew they were going to reduce the zoom distance, but today, I was not able to zoom at all, is this a bug or a feature?
It's getting out of hand and annoying, I think. It just mows people down with 0 negative effect or 0 vehicle damage. I hope they disable roadkill damage on it but I doubt it, maybe to a point where it just only pushes you :| it comes fast you can't run away from it sometimes.
