I am a returning player after a long hiatus so i remember practically nothing but I love explosives with a good rotation around it (coming back from FFXIV if you are familiar with their rotations and "feel").

I love star wars and am coming back to play through the story but wanted to do a tech class this time instead of a force user i have done before.

Which class/subclass has the greatest "feel" and explosives?

I know engineer sniper is a solid pick, but I havent played any of the others. DPS matters only a little to me, i care more about a fun rotation with interesting explosive visuals!

Bonus points if it can use unique equipment like cover, a jetpack, etc. Basically expressive stuff via combat!
