MO Barcelona - Non-responsive for in 2 weeks. Should I be concerned?

I have solo 3n stay at the MO Barcelona, booked for a bit over a week from now.
Spend is a little higher than I'd like for this particular trip on my own, but it's supposed to be THE hotel. Just a standard room.
I booked directly (rate was better) and had communicated a little with Concierge / Reservations. I'd normally book through TA, but I didn't want to waste anyone's time with this simple booking if the hotel had best rates on their site and you can add MO Fans benefits.
Anyhow, I went back and asked about some of the architectural tour items I saw on their website - 2 weeks ago. I followed up a bit over a week later. Then a few days after that I followed up again (sent to GM - assuming the email I found was correct).
My request was really simple and in line with what they already appear to offer.
2 weeks today, I've just followed up again.
I'm really surprised that I've seen no response at all between concierge, reservations or GM.
Is this indicative of the service here?
Given this is a solo trip, partly for work - would you just cancel and book a standard 5 star (The One etc) in a similar area for half the price or less?
