Help! Green Day tee: S or M for a relaxed fit?

Hi guys, I'm 1.67 x 52 kg and I'm choosing a Green Day jersey, but this is a "relaxed fit".

The size chart says:

S = 45.5 cm width / 71 cm length

M = 51 cm width / 73.5 cm length

I usually like to dress oversized, but I'm afraid that the M will be too long on me given the "relaxed fit". In your opinion, the most sensible choice would be the S or M?
