How to apply better on headhunter?

I'm literally getting rejected from the jobs I AM QUALIFIED FOR. 😭

Even for the 'no experience needed' jobs, I'm getting rejected like bruh. What am I doing wrong? How are they casually rejecting? I wish I knew because even when I finally found a job I'm qualified for, im getting rejected.

What can I do? Im even writing cover letters to the companies. I wouldn't be upset if I weren't qualified but still.

Is there another app like headhunter?

Ps: I applied to jobs like customer service and other similar jobs

Any job I can do but I only know uzbek and english

Bruh 99% of these jobs i wanna apply to require me to be fluent in russian, and my russian is just basic but im struggling to get a part-time job for the summer, man. Anything but teaching English as a job, im tired of that lol

I tried to to improve my russian before but due to uni and other stuff, I couldn't 😔

I mean, shouldn't English and uzbek be enough? Asking people to be 'C1+' in all 3 languages FOR ANOTHER FIELD (like IT or smth) is madness. They also starting to add languages like Chinese or German.... am dying 🫠

[Ielts 8.5 btw but after a year of teaching English, I got sick of it]

KEEP THIS IN MIND 🙏: Please don't misunderstand and think im hating on Russians or russian speakers. The problem is also me for not being able to learn russian (only A2 rn) and the language is cool too. I was just wishing that I could get a job while only knowing 2 languages 🥲

Why do uzbeks think wearing hijab means trying to be an Arab/Turk?

I was shocked to hear some Uzbek talk about how wearing the hijab is 'just trying to adopt another culture' like 'be like the Arabs or Turks'. Maybe it was because I was lucky to have lived in a Muslim country before but nonetheless, it shows that these uzbeks are clearly uneducated and ofc it's due to the restrictions of ahem our past........authorities, so I can't really blame them.

But they should realize eventually hijab must be something to fully cover a women's hair and our traditional women's kerchief DOES NOT do that, if it did, it wouldn't have been an issue. The same goes for the Afghan/Iranian style of wearing the hijab where they show your bangs, that's not hijab either. Also, wearing the hijab also means to start dressing modestly without and revealing or tight clothes.

So a hijab is just a show of modesty and a veil, not a culture.

To those who can't read: I'm not calling anyone immodest and frankly no one cares what others wear anymore. I'm just saying the hijab is not a culture.

Anyways, you guys should also realize the country with the most muslims is Indonesia. It's not a country from the middle east haha
